NJ&TA performing “Vespers Goodbye” at the House of Blues in Dallas, Texas on January 3, 2010.
I apologize about the part of the video where you can’t see anything. There were two girls who were feeling faint or something, and the security guards had to lift them up and over the barrier to get them out of the crowd, therefore blocking my view of Nick. But I thought it would post it anyway, because you can still hear him.
I’m posting the lyrics to the best I can, but I wasn’t clear in a couple parts. So if anyone can figure those parts out for me, let me know! I’ll fill them in.

Lyrics:
All of You
has shaped me into what I am
Carried out the bitter man
Do you have a master plan
Oh no…

Somewhere I, laid all my defenses down
Never thought to turn around
And you did not make a sound

See it turning red
Like a bullet through my chest
Lay me down to rest
It’s a lover’s final breath

I found out, nothing comes without a cost
life is just a game we lost
Do you have a better thought
Oh no…

Now you’re gone
Nothing’s ever felt so wrong
Moments seems to last so long
Do you have a fear so strong

See it turning red
Like a bullet through my chest
Lay me down to rest
It’s a lovers final breath

When I die
I’ll kiss your tender lips goodbye
Pray to God He hears my cry

Alice In Chains Live in Dallas Texas. This video includes a special guest appearance from Jerry Cantrell’s father the Rooster himself. It’s always a special treat to see him at the Dallas shows! At a previous show I actually got a chance to talk to him and shake his hand. He’s a very nice man, a vietnam vet and as far as I’m concerned Rock n Roll Royalty!

Be sure to check out Alice In Chains here:
