Does it really make sense to argue over the two games though? If you like rugby then that’s cool but to argue that it’s better than a sport you’re completely ignorant of is pointless. @fearmyname2day. Couldn’t agree more with Crizzle 789. I myself am British and am embarrassed by your narrow minded view and rude attitude. You do clearly have no knowledge of NFL or American Football in general. I remember seeing Drew Bledsoe take a hit in the 2001 season and he had a collapsed lung and severe internal bleeding. Some of the hits these guys take would probably kill a normal person. If anyone’s a mate it’s you.

@fearmyname2day You cleary know nothing. Football was played without pads in its early days, then it was made illegal in the 1900s because there were so many deaths and paralyzations. Colleges were forced to play rugby instead because it was considered a safer sport. It was brought back only after protective equipment started to be introduced. You cant half-ass while you play in football, unlike rugby where soft tackles and easy running is the norm.

Dont get me wrong… i dont say that american football hits harder or its tougher than rugby . Both sport are tough and require great physical skills and a lot of trainning, thats it!
I just say you cant compare that …. its like comparing judo and karate…
you dont need to get mad about it… just enjoy the magnitude of these 2 physical sport and be happy
