The game @ 1:18: Was that the game where someone from the crowd threw a snowball at the referee? I remember the ref was on the ground for several minutes. I think someone put something in the snowball….the crowd was so the vikings lost the game.

The Raiders seem to …
The Raiders seem to have a nack in being involved in controversial plays. The “Holly Roller” play resulted in a rule change. On another note, too bad the Raiders cannot trade Al Davis:)

As for all you …
As for all you Raiders fans complaining about the tuck rule costing you a Super Bowl, remember this: officials ‘cost’ the Pats a Super Bowl in 1976 with the phantom roughing the passer call that was total BS. While I agree the tuck rule was definitely a fumble, you all act like that was the game. Raiders still had a chance to stop Pats on that drive before they eventually tied it up, and the Raiders had plenty of opportunities to stop Pats in overtime, including a 4th down attempt. Get over it.

Ah, that bogus ” …
Ah, that bogus “tuck rule” call on the Raiders cost them a Superbowl. That was their year.

Speaking as someone …
Speaking as someone who doesn’t watch much NFL, a lot of these greatest moments seem to need context for why they’re the greatest, since a fair few are what I thought was normal for the game.

As a Raider fan I …
As a Raider fan I saw all of the plays that involve the Raiders live on T.V. but I think the only play that doesn’t belong on this list is the Leon Lett play. How is that one of the greatest plays in NFL history? It was just a bad mental error in a blowout. I know it was the Super Bowl but it had NO effect on anything at all like all these other plays.
