Classic Game Room HD – MADDEN NFL 10 review

NFL 10 for Xbox 360 (also for Playstation 3 PS3) Madden 10 comes along with a host of new features like “fight for the fumble”, Pro-Tak and thousands of new animations (but no G.I. Joe team support, artillery or zombies!?) The game looks amazing and plays like you’d expect it to. The controls are well constructed and fairly intuitive, if you’ve ever played a Madden game before you’ll jump right in, start a franchise and be on your way. CGR plays as the Steelers for the franchise mode of the game and throws quite a few interceptions (which I edited out). Play as your favorite team in the NFL, they’re all here. Broncos, Bears, Giants and Eagles. Trade players, play online or with friends in the same room. You get a ton of gameplay for the money with EA Sports Madden NFL 10. The cut scenes are awesome, replays are fun to watch. As football games go, the EA Madden series has been king of the hill for more than 20 years. CGR remembers the first one on Sega Genesis fondly, they’ve come a long way and continue to impress with high quality features, gameplay and fun. Admittedly CGR would rather be wasting space ships in some vortex between space-time and awesometown, but what can you do… EA MADDEN NFL 2010 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
