i just watched kelly’s too lol and i agree with you 100%.Even though i am a fan of kelly’s i have to say Carrie did a WAY better job.

I just watched Kelly’s anthem,…lol,..there is no comparison,..Kelly hit a lot of bad notes,..Carrie only hit one. And that is extremely hard to do with this song. I am a critic, btw

Seriously I detest bends and runs. But I will say that for some reason this song is extremely hard to sing and vocal melisma–if done right–successfully hides vocal limitations.
