Thats fine man…U …
Thats fine man…U like it & I don’t!! It has nothing to do with 1975 vs 2006, since I was born in 1982, but rather the feel of the song to me. Sometimes when people try and do a whole lot of running and rifts in a more traditional song, it takes away from the feeling to me (just my personal opinion). I actually like the solists voice, but I just don’t care for this version of the song, even though this is still perhaps my favorite song of all time!! I’m only 26, but love that old school feel!!!

Margaret likes this …
Margaret likes this version, she gave her permission to do it. And requested her to do it at her annual festival. I think people redo songs and put a little of themselves into in an effort to show their appreciation. That goes for all geners of music. Thats the mark of a good musician. Even so, I also perfer the original. Its something about the repetitions of the inversions that drives the message straight to the heart.

First of all…if …
First of all…if someone can’t acknowledge the musical gift L’Tanya has is quite simply a complete idiot! But I am entitled to my opinion, as are you! I stand by what I’ve said! In my OPINION, this version of “He decided to die” is horrible! I may not agree with your position or opinion, but I must respect it, which I do! Secondly, we need to stop being so thin skinned! Always want to hit folks with scripture when an opinion is given that may be contrary to our own!

I am sick and tired …
I am sick and tired of “church folk”!!! L’Tanya keep blessing God and his people don’t let these ignorant comments hinder you from what God called you to do. You have blessed nations so don’t worry about these 2 folks. THIS IS ONE REASON WHY PEOPLE DON’T PROSPER they got their mouths on folks. 1 Chronicles 16:22 says Do not touch My anointed ones and do My prophets no harm! they probably don’t know that though. If you can’t speak word of life and encouragement then don’t say anything at all!

Everyone is …
Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion, however L’Tanya’s voice is a beautiful instrument. L’Tanya, I hope the comments aren’t discouraging for you, because your voice is heavenly and your purpose is singing. Keep up the great work! You are blessing more lives than you know…
